During my winter getaway at Canalta Rocky Mountain House, the spacious room with 3 full beds was perfect for my companions and me. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the efficient air conditioning ensured a cozy stay. The staff, particularly Tatiana, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even printed a map for our outing to a nearby candy store.The family suite we booked provided ample room for us to unwind, with our daughter thrilled to have her own separate room with twin beds. The presence of a microwave and mini-fridge in the suite was a convenient touch, allowing for easy meal options. The cleanliness of the room, along with the quiet nights, made our stay truly relaxing.I appreciated the warm and family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel, with thoughtful touches like Norm the gnome for the kids to find and various games and coloring books available. The staff's friendliness and the complimentary treats for our dogs made us feel right at home.
